Free From Biofouling.
"Today 785 million people around the world lack access to safe water. This is a crisis. It’s a women’s crisis, a children’s crisis and it is a global health crisis."
-Nicole Wickenhauser, Water.org Director of Strategic Alliances
NEW CHLORINE TOLERANT MEMBRANES!
New reverse osmosis membranes are what the industry has been waiting for. Reverse osmosis has been proven to be the most efficient way to purify water. However, this process has also proven to be more expensive than what it could be. We will bring innovation to desalination by introducing these new membranes that will knock out biofouling and ultimately be more cost-efficient.
THE WATER CRISIS
The United Nations identifies WATER as a major global issue and as its Sustainable Development Goal #6 to “Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all”. The escalation of water as a critical global issue is supported by many very disturbing global statistics.
At NALA Systems our aspiration is to “move the dial” on water scarcity by:
1. Making reverse osmosis a more affordable and sustainable process for purifying many water sources.
2. Expanding opportunities to purify new water sources, including waste streams for recycle/re-use, using reverse osmosis with our chemically resistant membranes.
